14.06.2018European Parliament: Study on the Regulation of the Marketing, Sale and Distribution of Financial Products in the European Union

The European Parliament released on 14 June 2018 a scientific study conducted by Professor Kern Alexander on the Regulation of the Marketing, Sale and Distribution of Financial Products in the European Union.  The study critically analyses the existing EU regulatory framework as failing to protect adequately bank customers and being in need of further reforms.
