Introduction to the foundations of the economic analysis of criminal law, property, tort, contract, corporate, competition and intellectual property law.

Learning Outcome

Understanding the methods and tools of law and economics and their applicability in various fields of law. Application of these methods by writing a comment in response to a scientific paper on a topic in the field of law and economics.
