The Faculty is organized in accordance with the principle of academic autonomy with the Faculty Assembly at the apex, which elects the Faculty Council.

For organizational purposes, the Faculty Management is combined in the Dean's Office (Coordination Office, Legal Department of the Dean's Office, studies area) and in the Institute of Law, which report to the Faculty Council.
