Accessibility for the disabled
Two parking spaces for people with disabilities are located near the entrance to the library. A ramp with a maximum slope of 6.5% leads to the entrance.
The entrance doors are difficult to open manually. The door on the far right can be opened automatically with a key. Caution: Doors swing outwards!
Disabled persons visiting the library on a regular basis can request an entrance key from the Disability Office, phone no: 044 634 45 44 or email:email@example.com.
Others in need of assistance can call the reception staff directly, phone no: 044 6343099.
The floors 1 to 6 are accessible by lift. To gain access to the Compactus in the basement, please contact the reception staff.
There are no thresholds in the building.
A disability adapted toilet with Eurokey is located on the 6th floor opposite the copy machine room.
The reference floor with access to the information desk and latest issues of print periodicals is accessible by wheelchair lift. When needed, please contact the reception staff.
