Topic: the COVID-crisis and its implications for banking & capital markets law.
Professors will pre-record 10-12 lessons of 30-40 minutes each, which will be made available from Monday 13 July 2020 until Tuesday 21 July 2020. The participants can watch the lessons through a dedicated website whenever they like, but only from 13 - 21 July.
On 22, 23 and 24 July: a live round-table session involving PhD students and professors
(i) Session 1 The European Central Bank's measure in response to the COVID-19 economic crisis and the issues raised by the German Constitutional Court in its decision of May 2020.
(ii) Session 2. Role of banks to overcome the COVID-19 crisis.
(iii) Session 3. COVID-19 and its implications for capital market regulation.
Participants will receive a certificate.
