Criminal Procedure Law I, FS 2026
Lecture
In the spring semester of 2026, Prof. Dr. Jositsch will give the lecture Criminal Procedure Law I. The lecture will be held in one group. It will take place in room KOH-B-10 and will be broadcast to room KO2-F-180.
Type of delivery
The lecture will be held in person. In addition, podcasts will be recorded and made available on OLAT approximately one week after each lecture. For data protection reasons, guest lectures will not be recorded as podcasts.

Court visits (optional)
As part of the lecture, three visits to the Zurich District Court will be offered.
The dates for the visits to the Zurich District Court will be announced as soon as possible.

Visit to the Zurich Cantonal Police KAPO (voluntary)
The Zurich Cantonal Police KAPO will give us an insight into areas of criminal investigation and forensic work. Participation is voluntary and limited to 150 places. .
The visit will take place on Tuesday, 12 May 2026, from 12:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The registration form will be available on OLAT from Friday, 27 February 2026, at 10:30 a.m.
