In FS 24, Prof. N. Zurkinden and Prof. D. Graf will offer the Master's lecture in Criminal Law as part of the compulsory module Review and Advanced Course in Criminal Law/Criminal Procedure Law.
The lecture takes place on Tuesdays from 12:15-13:45 in KO2-F-180. It will be held as a classroom lecture and recorded as a podcast. The podcasts will be available after the lecture onOLAT .
The Review and Advanced Course in Criminal Law includes basic questions of the AT as well as a continuation of offences of the BT.
You will find the lecture notes and further information at the beginning of the semester onOLAT.
Important: Please note that the Review and Advanced Course in Criminal Law/Criminal Procedure Law is a two-semester compulsory module in the Master's degree programme.
The module consists of the courses Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law and the working groups Criminal Procedure Law (exercises). The lectures in criminal procedure law and the working groups in criminal procedure law take place in the autumn semester. The lectures in criminal law follow in the spring semester.
The module booking/examination registration takes place in the spring semester.
The subject matter of both semesters is examined .
