Students in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program must apply to graduate in the semester in which the degree program is completed.
IMPORTANT: Select the link in the module booking tool ONLY when you are ready to apply to graduate. An external website, which will take you to the application form, will open as soon as you click on the link.
Please note: The link in the module booking tool can only be activated once. Once you have clicked it, you will no longer be able to access the application via the module booking tool. This is why you should click on the link only when you are actually ready to apply to graduate.
The module booking tool will take you to an external site, where you will be asked to log in using your UZH short name and password. You are no longer connected to the module booking system now. This is why you need to send the application electronically; it is not enough to simply click on the link in the module booking tool. After completing the application process, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail confirming that the form has been transmitted.
Completion of the application is explained step by step in the application process itself. We recommend the following approach:
1) Click on the link for the application for graduation in the module booking tool. You will then be prompted to enter your UZH short name and password. The online application for graduation opens.
2) Due to technical reasons, we recommend to scroll to the bottom of the page and clicking on “Send” before you fill out the application form. If not, your browser might freeze.
3) Once your application has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a link to your personal application. Click on the link to access your personal application form again and fill it out carefully.
4) We recommend that you print the application before clicking on "Send" at the end of the form or save it as a PDF.
