Inspera

Inspera is a new examination software of the University of Zurich. It enables writing exams online. Exams performed with Inspera, take place on site. Bringing you own laptop with you is a condition.

Safe Exam Browser

The Safe Exam Browser is a lockdown browser. It is active during an exam with Inspera. It terminates and blocks all applications on your device except for the exam itself.

Technical Requirements

  • personal computer with a current operating system from windows or mac;
  • Firefox- or Chrome-Browser in a current version;
  • OLAT-Account from the organization «University of Zurich»
  • at most mobile device or an in advance generated personal 1x code for 2-factor authentication (2FA)
