EPPO-CH-Cooperation-Conference 2023
"Europäische Staatsanwaltschaft und die Schweiz" - 19. bis 20. Oktober 2023
Eine Gruppe von Züricher Nachwuchsforschenden hat (gemeinsam mit Prof. Ludwiczak-Glassey) die erste Tagung zur Europäischen Staatsanwaltschaft ausserhalb der EU durchgeführt. Die Tagung befasste sich zu Aspekten der Kooperation zwischen der 2021 operativ gewordenen EU-Staatsanwaltschaft und der Schweiz, die seit Februar 2023 mit der EU-Behörde kooperieren darf.
