The conference brings together members of the Swiss Competition Commission (COMCO) and its Secretariat, the Federal Supreme Court and the Cantonal Courts, academia, and the legal profession to discuss developments relating to the Internal Market Act (IMA) in Switzerland, with a particular focus on market access and public procurement. The Law and Political Economy in Europe Summer Academy 2027 will take place at the University of Zurich from 8–10 June 2027, and will be hosted and co-organised by Dr. Aliénor Nina Burghartz.
This year’s Summer Academy will place particular emphasis on European law in the broadest sense, while warmly welcoming contributions across the full range of law and political economy scholarship. Save the date! Further information, including the call for applications, will follow in due course.
