Financial Market Law and Sanctions

Since April 2022 Prof. Alexander has been leading the research project Financial Market Law and Sanctions with the Swiss National Science Foundation. The research project is assisted by Dr. Julia Khort. The research project addresses the problem of the effectiveness of sanctions and considers whether or not incremental or piecemeal changes to EU economic sanctions measures over the past twenty years have led to more effective sanctions.
