European Civil Procedure

In this course, we will discuss rules for cross-border litigation. A particular focus will be on the Lugano Convention that applies in the relationship between Switzerland, the EU, Iceland, and Norway.

The course will take place in person with the exception of the lesson on 25 April which will be held via Zoom. The Zoom link will be distributed at a later stage.
