Literature
We are in the process of compiling a reference collection of the most important literature and periodicals on foundation law. Individual books and articles can be viewed directly at the Center by appointment. However, we generally ask that you consult the publicly accessible literature in the library of the University of Zurich’s Faculty of Law or the Zurich Central Library.
The following list contains a non-binding inventory of literature on Swiss and international foundation and trust law that is available in the library of the Faculty of Law, the Zurich Central Library, or at the Center for Foundation Law itself. The list is updated regularly.
