The exercises in trade and business law are part of the compulsory module “Trade and Business Law I.” Seven cases will be discussed. These will be published on January 5, 2026.

Participation in the exercises and the completion of a case study are not prerequisites for admission to the module examination at the end of the spring semester 2026. No registration is required to participate in the exercises (without writing a case study).

In order to complete a case study in the spring semester of 2026, you must register by November 19, 2025, using the registration tool provided by the Faculty of Law. Cases will be assigned at random. A satisfactory performance will be credited as a “written case study” in the "Aufbaustufe".

The deadline for submitting case studies is March 4, 2026.
