Swiss Law Clinic – A Video Project in the Field of Swiss Private Law

The Swiss Law Clinic is an inter-chair project in the field of Swiss private law (CC/CO [ZGB/OR]). As part of the project, selected legal issues and case scenarios are presented in animated explanatory videos – some based on leading court decisions, others constructed as practice examples. The aim is to convey key aspects of contract and property law in a manner that is both academically rigorous and readily accessible.

The videos are made accessible to a wider audience via YouTube and Instagram. As an animated “legal advisory team”, the characters Ruth (contract law) and Wolfgang (property law) make their appearance.

Prof. Dr. Alessia Dedual and Dr. des. Elena Koch from the University of Zurich are responsible for the project. The Swiss Law Clinic is funded by the Open Innovation funding line (ULF) and by IIL funds from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zurich.
