The course will be held in person with the option to participate online, and lessons will be recorded. The Zoom link and podcasts can be found on Olat

Office hours

Every Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (online or in person). It is recommended to make an appointment by writing to elisabetta.fiocchi@ius.uzh.ch.

Learning objectives and course content (3 credits)

The course is open to all students who not only speak Italian but also have a passive knowledge of the language.

The aim is to analyze certain legal topics and institutions specific to Swiss law in Italian. In particular, the following topics will be discussed: language and law; equality and law; politics and law; literature and law; architecture and law.
