Seminar Fall Semester 2026

The seminar will address current constitutional law issues at the federal and cantonal levels.

The seminar is aimed at Bachelor students.

Assessment: The seminar performance consists of a written paper and oral presentation of the main findings during a block seminar in Fall Semester 2026. Written papers must be submitted by November 6, 2026, 12:00. The block seminar is scheduled to take place on November 26-27, 2026, in Zurich.

The written paper may be submitted in Italian, French or German. Oral presentations will be given in German.

After the allocation of seminar places at the end of the cancellation period, a preliminary discussion will take place on April 16, 2026, from 12:15 to 1:00 p.m. The room will be announced by email. Participants may submit three preferred topics by email until April 13, 2026, 6:00 p.m. The final allocation of the topics will be made during the preliminary discussion.
