Interview Hanno Würbel

Prof. Dr. Hanno Würbel (biologist at the University of Bern, Veterinary Public Health Institute, Animal Welfare Division) ist the first and still the only professor  in Switzerland holding a chair for Animal Welfare. He talked about the relevance that the 3Rs principle had for his research in the past and now, how the view of animal welfare law has changed or not changed in the scientific community and what changes need to be made to really enable a serious acceleration of the 3Rs principle.
