For prospective students:
This event is organized by the University of Zurich. You will have the opportunity to inform yourself about the entire Bachelor's program at UZH and to meet representatives of the individual fields of study. The Faculty of Law is also represented there with a booth.

If you attend a Swiss secondary school, you can register for the next study information days between May and June 2022 via the secretariat of your school. The event agenda with all live events will be posted in August 2022. The event is open to everyone without registration and free of charge. |
The event is aimed at students or prospective students interested in learning more about the different Master’s degree study programs offered by the Faculty of Law. The two specific Master’s degree programs Double Degree and the bilingual Joint Degree will be introduced in a presentation. Advisors from the Student Center of the Faculty of Law will be on site to answer any questions related to the Master’s degree study programs offered by the Faculty.

The Student Orientation’s Days are organized by the Faculty of Law together with the student association Jus and the other student organizations at RWF. They will take place in the week before lectures begin and are intended to help new students find their way around the university and their studies.

For Master students:
The welcome event is aimed at newly enrolled Master's students at the Faculty of Law, especially those who hold a Bachelor's degree and or Master’s degree from a foreign university or from a different Swiss university. Students will receive the necessary information pertaining to their studies at the Faculty of Law, namely the content and structure of the various programs (general Master's degree programs and Joint Degree), the module booking process as well as the credit transfer principles that apply to the Master's degree programs. Participants who hold a foreign Master of Law or equivalent degree in law will be informed about the possibility of a general credit transfer (maximum 30 ECTS credits) from their previous degree toward the UZH degree.

Students will receive an overview of the program structure, outline and overall study requirements. The event is followed by an aperitif during which, students will have the opportunity to liaise and network with former Double Degree students.

The information event is aimed at prospective Master’s students interested in the above mentioned study programs. During the first part of the event, participants will gain an overview of the Joint Degree study program offered by the Faculty of Law UZH in joint collaboration with the University of Lausanne. This first part of the information session will be held in German. The second part of the event will focus on the Double Degree Master’s study program offered by the Faculty of Law UZH in collaboration with nine partner faculties worldwide. This second part of the event will be held in English.
